What is your favorite law school memory?

It's really difficult to pick just one memory. When I first arrived at law school I recall a faculty member stating law school was the best thing that ever happened to them and I thought they were crazy. Today, I too would say that law school is the best thing to ever happened to me. There have been many highs and lows along the way but the privilege to learn everyday is the lasting memory I will take away from law school.

Who/what inspired you to to go law school?

The ability to help people and specifically the people of West Virginia was my main motivation for going to law school. I have always loved this state and I wanted to be able to say I provide something of value back to its people.

Who would you like to thank?

First off, I would like to thank all the faulty and staff I had the pleasure of being around during the last three years. Each of you have helped me develop both professionally and personally and I cannot thank you enough. Next, I want to thank all the members of the class of 2021. This class has given me some of my best friends and I am thankful for all the study sessions and Karaokes at Spage. But I also want to express my appreciation for the members of the class that I am not particularly close to. I can't imagine a better class and I am thankful for all the memories I will take away from this journey. Lastly, I want to thank my family and friends from outside the law school community that have helped me to stay motivated and sane (mostly sane) along the way.
