I would like to thank Jesus, my mom (my rock), Cameron Greza, Khurrum Sabit, Matt Harris, Ashton Meyers, and Mackenzie Iversen for being great friends throughout our anxiety-ridden law school experience. Also, a huge thank you to Dean Spielmaker, Dean Jernigan, and, at the time, my 2L and 3L friends who provided guidance and assisted me throughout my law school tenure.
And lastly, Professor Cardi for inspiring me to pursue a career in transactional law.
