The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Law Clinic provides free transactional (non-litigation) assistance to nonprofits, small businesses, community organizations and student entrepreneurs in West Virginia.
Unfortunately, the Clinic cannot answer quick questions or provide advice for anyone who is not a client of the Clinic.
If you are interested in becoming a Client, you must complete an Application for Legal Services and return it to the Clinic. Applications are reviewed by faculty and accepted as clients based on a number of factors including timing, deadlines, and educational benefits for Clinic students. Please note, completing an application does not guarantee legal services. Unfortunately, the demands for our services are high and we cannot accommodate all the requests we receive.
