DIRECT LOAN EXIT COUNSELING
Student borrowers are required to complete online exit counseling prior to graduating, withdrawing or dropping below half time. You will receive an e-mail from ECSI in either November or April depending on whether you graduate in the fall or spring. This e-mail will provide your username and PIN number with instructions on how to complete the exit counseling on the ECSI website.
If you do not complete exit counseling before departing WVU, a hold will be placed on all of your records at WVU, until the requirement is satisfied.
