Caprice Roberts Elected to the American Law Institute
Associate dean for faculty research and development, Caprice Roberts has been elected to the American Law Institute (ALI) on October 17, 2008. The ALI is a prized institution and its members are elected through a highly selective process. Individuals who have made significant professional achievements, demonstrated leadership and promise, and who are interested in carrying out the ALI purpose to promote the clarification and simplification of the law and its better adaption to social needs, to secure the better administration of justice, and to encourage and carry on scholarly and scientific legal work”.
